Departure

A member of our First Class Lounge team leads you to our customs area. After passing through our private security screening lane (if required), we accompany you to your aircraft or – in bad weather – chauffeur you to the plane steps. To speed boarding, we ensure your aircraft is pushed back and positioned as close as possible to the lounge before passengers arrive.

Screening Facilities

For aircrafts over 10 tonnes, passengers are subject to screening on departure on chartered flights.For aircrafts under 10 tonnes or operated privately, passengers are exempt from the screening process.

Arrival

We greet you at your aircraft and assist you through customs and immigration checks.

No time to spare? Let us know and one of our team can drop you at the car park or DLR station – or arrange a private car to take you where you need to be.

Whichever way you’re heading, you can enjoy our First Class Lounge, meeting room and complimentary refreshments until you’re ready to continue your journey.

Baggage

Passengers must heed all airline regulations and UK border force restrictions, including passport checks and international customs and excise allowances for the UK.

Cabin baggage only | Simply check in online and have your boarding pass printed/ready when you arrive. Any previously undeclared baggage will not be allowed to travel.

Hold luggage | All hold luggage must be checked in at the main airport terminal.
